Lace House of Hegykő

Situated next to the church in Hegykő, this meticulously restored former judge’s residence – over a century old – now hosts a unique permanent exhibition showcasing nearly 250 pieces of original Hövej lace, crafted by the renowned folk artist Istvánné Szigethy (nicknamed “Bözsi néni”), a recipient of the Kis Bori Award and a recognized Master of Folk Art.
