Sonnenland CART TOUR - DEUTSCHKREUZ

We invite families or groups looking for a special, sporty adventure tour.

The cart tour starts 12 km from our hotel, with a route that is 23 km long, including an initial training session and breaks, making it about a 4-hour program. A "track station buffet" takes care of refreshments, and at the end of the route, a shuttle service brings participants back to the starting point.

At the same location, there is an opportunity to rent Segways or electric bicycles, as well as take a guided "funcart" carriage tour, starting from Pauliberg, the top of Austria's youngest extinct volcano, from where thrill-seekers can descend on a 3.7 km long slope.

Forest Adventure

A multi-station forest "obstacle race" where teams are presented with playful tasks related to the forest (creating in the forest, about the forest, sports, drama pedagogy, "bloodless hunting," etc.). These are unconventional team-building programs with the elements of the forest and nature. (Forest experiences, playful tasks, discoveries, competitions, etc.) The length, content, and price of the program are determined after consultation with the organizers.

Stress relief, complete relaxation, and rejuvenation in the forests of the Alpokalja region. Experience forest therapy, forest bathing, and try Zen exercise elements. During our programs, playful exercises that affect our senses and feelings, concentration, and focus on the elements of the surrounding world and scientific knowledge are brought out, to varying degrees depending on the program. During the forest experience tour, we continuously adapt the exercises on-site based on the participants' interests and receptivity.

Guided Forest Tours

In the forests surrounding Sopron and the historic downtown area, there are numerous wonders waiting to be discovered. Participants of the tour embark on a designated route, during which they can become acquainted with the area's built, natural, and woodland attractions and peculiarities. Wine Tasting in the Embrace of the Forest

We invite the team to an exclusive wine tasting where a winemaker from the renowned Sopron wine region presents their wines for tasting. Rural Moments and Horse-Drawn Carriage National Park Visit

The area around Lake Fertő, as the last link of the Little Hungarian Plain, has always been a meeting point of various cultures, not to mention its diverse natural features. During the horse-drawn carriage tour, you'll catch a glimpse of the reed beds of Lake Fertő and a meadow managed by the Fertő-Hanság National Park. To experience rural moments, the "Mariska Néni Háza" - Tourist Information Point in Hegykő provides an excellent venue where visitors can participate in activities such as glass painting with a glass artist and other creative programs.

The city sightseeing train is an aesthetically pleasing, nostalgic vehicle beloved by tourists worldwide. During the program, guests can explore the landmarks at a comfortable pace without walking, while enjoying uninterrupted views, taking photos, and recording videos from the panoramic open cars of the experience vehicles. The commentary provided during the excursion is compiled by tourism professionals and is relayed to passengers through a pleasant-sounding TV announcer via speakers along the way.

If you want to surprise your most successful partners or best colleagues, then our provided casino tables (poker, roulette, blackjack) are perfect for this purpose. Participants can quickly learn the basic rules and even compete to see who is the most successful at the tables. Guests at the events can test their luck without any financial risk, experiencing the special excitement of casino games. As a result, participants are guaranteed to return home enriched with an experience like no other.

Fagus Olympia

We organize an Olympics where participants can test their skills in various games from different countries. After the official opening ceremony, smaller teams visit different countries where they can participate in and compete in various traditional team-building challenges specific to each country against other small teams. Teams earn points in their passports during the challenges, and then teams finishing on the podium or scoring points are awarded Olympic medals and other prizes.

OneMinute and Win!

In this lively and entertaining program, participants will face the challenges of popular skill-based competitions. In our SePerc and Win program, we prepare teams for the exciting final game with various team-building challenges. In these team-building games, teams earn valuable minutes, which will play a role in the final game. In the final game, various challenges must be completed within 60 seconds, requiring concentration, problem-solving skills, and perseverance for successful solutions.

LEGO

With a novel approach, we've placed community building into the LEGO® environment, where interesting, creative tasks model company processes, whether it's communication or efficient production. But why LEGO? Because it's the world's most popular game. Because everyone knows it, has held it, or tried it before. Because childhood memories are tied to it... That's why the barriers that arise from the unknown can easily be overcome. Participants in the training can immediately tune into the tasks, making them much more effective at meeting the challenges. With our creative tasks, we can model communication between each other, teamwork, or even communication with subordinates and the difficulties that come with it.

Brain Hemisphere

According to our current knowledge, the right and left hemispheres of the brain are responsible for different activities. In this game, you'll need both! Teams of 5-8 compete against each other on various topics. They can choose quiz questions from a projected surface and must answer them as quickly as possible. Teams signal with a button press when they know the answer. The questions are organized into categories, and the team that successfully solved the previous challenge can choose from them. The MUSIC category is also available, where teams must identify the title and artist of a musical excerpt. During the game, we've hidden team tasks in some places (e.g., One Minute in the Ring games, Activity, Proteggtor), which engage various types of abilities and often create funny situations. The results achieved in the games are added to the quiz scores. We can customize the questions based on the company profile or the event's relevance upon request.

Melody Hunt

The Melody Hunt is an excellent standalone indoor program or a great way to kick off an evening party. Participants are divided into teams, so they must solve puzzles in smaller groups. The team that provides the correct answer can always choose the next category and then select one character from the alphabet. Behind each character hides a musical piece, and teams must guess the title and artist. We provide wireless buttons on the tables, and when pressed, the system displays the table's identification number on the projected screen. This allows the game master to know which team to ask first. The system also shows the sequence of pressed buttons, so if a team gives an incorrect answer, the next table can try. The team with the most correct answers wins, and outstanding performance is rewarded with a prize. Karaoke can be integrated into the program, or the party can continue with a professional DJ.

Laser Combat Training

Is it possible to combine cooperation, group dynamics, communication skills development, and leadership training in one day? Can a program meet the diverse needs of both employers and employees regarding team building? Our answer is Laser Combat Training. The Strategic Laser Combat game provides an optimal opportunity for teams to gain insight not only into areas needing development but also into their well-functioning operational areas through the Experiential Learning model.

What sets this program apart from the usual outdoor training? The training consists of two elements: an outdoor Strategic Laser Combat block and an indoor follow-up block. During the Laser Combat program element, the trainer observes the participants' behavior throughout, which the team can analyze themselves during the afternoon indoor training. It's a perfect opportunity for the team to find parallels with everyday personality traits based on mechanisms of operation outside their comfort zone and embark on a journey of collective development. The indoor training is customized for the team based on what was observed during the outdoor program. Communication development (EMK, Assertive Rights, etc.) and establishing appropriate group dynamics within the team are given special emphasis.

Office Yoga

Office Yoga is a holistic, health-preserving, and developmental method therapy provided by the Harmony House in Keszthely. It helps us cope with the stress, anxiety, and constant pressure that permeate every aspect of our lives. It's a soothing, relaxing physical activity that refreshes not only the body but also the mind: it improves circulation and concentration. The effects of yoga can be further enhanced with sound therapy because a sound bath is an experience that harmonizes the body and soul, allowing participants to immerse themselves in complete relaxation amidst the vibrations of sounds. You can choose between a 120-minute yoga practice or a 60-minute Sound Therapy session with Tibetan singing bowls and other sound therapy tools.
