The Strategic Laser Combat game provides an optimal opportunity for teams to gain insight not only into areas needing development but also into their well-functioning operational areas through the Experiential Learning model.

What sets this program apart from the usual outdoor training? The training consists of two elements: an outdoor Strategic Laser Combat block and an indoor follow-up block. During the Laser Combat program element, the trainer observes the participants' behavior throughout, which the team can analyze themselves during the afternoon indoor training. It's a perfect opportunity for the team to find parallels with everyday personality traits based on mechanisms of operation outside their comfort zone and embark on a journey of collective development. The indoor training is customized for the team based on what was observed during the outdoor program. Communication development (EMK, Assertive Rights, etc.) and establishing appropriate group dynamics within the team are given special emphasis.
